Dear BLUECANVAS user,
The BLUECANVAS device update has been uploaded to provide a better service.
In order to provide a seamless service, we have improved the errors that you have encountered while using BLUECANVAS.
Please follow directions below to update your device to the latest version:
Device update is performed with 1) Network Connection 2) Manual Update.
1) Network Connection
* Turn on BLUECANVAS
* Log in to BLUECANVAS application
* Top left menu bar - “Device” - Select your device
* Check network connection status for “Good Condition" recognition (Reset the network if the connection status is “Poor")
* Top right "Settings" - "Network Resetting” - Select network(WIFI) from the lists appeared - Enter the WIFI password - Connect
If you proceed with the above procedure, the BLUECANVAS screen will display the phrase "WIFI is connected"
2) Manual Update
* Turn on BLUECANVAS
* Log in to BLUECANVAS application
* Top left menu bar - Device - Select your device
* Top Right "Settings" - “Device Version” - Update
* When the update circle reaches 100% (on the display/screen), the device will be automatically turned off and on. Please wait until it turns on automatically.
If you proceed with the above procedure, the Update Loading screen will be displayed on the BLUECANVAS.
